As the Executive Coordinator of UBC’s College of Health Disciplines, Trey returned to school in 2004 to pursue her passion for sport administration. Trey graduated from Langara College’s Recreation program in sport leadership and event management with distinction and honours, and is the proud recipient of a Community Achievement Award in Sport Leadership.
An Event Coordinator for Canadian Outback’s Adventures and Events, Trey has facilitated many corporate and social team-building events, challenges, races and a variety of competitions all with friendly professionalism and a great sense of humour. A particular favourite is the Outback Kid’s Survivor Challenge & Rafting Adventure.
The Founder and Executive Director of the Vancouver Women’s Floor Hockey League since 1996, Trey has been involved in all levels of recreational league management and works diligently to develop and promote a fun, safe, competitive, respectful environment in all her league sports.
With an overwhelming passion for fun, a strong belief in the power of recreation and the spirit of the game, and the firsthand knowledge of the difference it can make in someone’s life, Trey has the utmost respect and admiration for Night Hoops and the life-changing experiences and opportunities it provides to all involved and hopes to share this very successful program with other communities. |
