The Night Hoops Coaches were very lucky to attend a Coaching Clinic put on by Allison McNeill (see her blog), National Women's Team Head Coach, and Mike McNeill, Director of Coaching Development for Basketball BC. Along with some young Coaches from the Urban Native Youth Association, the Night Hoops Coaches met at the Justice Institute Campus in New Westminister to learn how to train athletic ability and basketball skills for different age groups, develop strong practice plans, and use dynamic and progressive drills in practice.
